Ingredients for 4 people
- 400g of Fabbri spaghetti
- Chilli La peperita
- 4 cloves of black garlic
Preparation:
- Fry the garlic and chilli .
- Add a ladle of the pesto cooking water and make a cream with the black garlic using a fork
- Finish cooking the pasta in the pan by adding cooking water,
- Plate, sprinkle with bottarga and bread crumbs toasted with oil and lemon powder
